WG_tex PLUS Is a macro-perforated Non-Woven Fabric (TNT), made of pure polypropylene fibres. It gives waterproofers notable advantages:
►Improves the elasto-mechanical characteristics.
►Macro-perforated for easier and faster laying and insertion inside the liquid sheaths.
►Significantly increases elongation at break and crack bridging. Maintains good elasticity and distributes tensile forces over a larger surface area.
►Creates mechanical/anti-crack reinforcements in critical points: edges, joints, cracks, corners, connections between floor and wall, points of greatest abrasion or walkability.
►Anti-alkaline, does not decompose, resists temperature variations.
►Easy to shape or cut, ideal for surfaces with irregular geometries.
WHERE TO USE
It is used horizontally or vertically on roofs, terraces, covers, retaining walls, bathrooms, swimming pools, flower boxes, hanging gardens, floors, surfaces subject to settlement or deformation. WG-tex PLUS is used in combination with the waterproofing products of the WG line.
HOW TO USE
WG-tex PLUS is inserted into the second coat, which is still fresh. In this phase it is advisable to help the spreading of the fabric with the roller (or brush) soaked in product, making sure that there are no bubbles, wrinkles or folds; the second coat of WG waterproofing will therefore be a double "fresh on fresh" application in which the fabric is incorporated.
