Macroporous dehumidifying additive
WB-dry has a chemical-physical action which consists in creating, in cement mixtures, micro and macro air bubbles and causing water and humidity to emigrate from the masonry towards the external environment in the form of water vapour. Mortars with WB-dry additives will have important advantages:
- increased resistance to water, humidity, frost
- arrest of salts and chlorides and elimination of condensation, mould, efflorescence
- lower specific weight with improved grip, plasticity and workability
- better breathability and thermal insulation performance
- possibility of choosing mortar components for designers and applicators
WHERE TO USE
It is used for the preparation of dehumidifying mortars and plasters for internal or external walls subject to the action of humidity.
Specific for works against rising damp in basements, cottages, garages and in retaining walls.
HOW TO USE
WB-dry is added during the mortar processing by adding it to the concrete mixer.

Traditional plasters 3% of the weight of the cement/binder (E.g. 0.75 liters of WBdry + 25 kg of cement + sand).
Pre-mixed cementitious products 1% of the total dry weight (E.g. 0.25 Lt of WBdry + 25 kg of ready-made premixed plaster).
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Concentrated emulsion based on porous active resins.
Physical appearance of the product: brown foaming liquid.
