Chemical Barrier
WB-barrier It stops the rising dump by creating a counterthrust anti-moisture chemical barrier. WB-barrier is used in foundation or injected in the masonry. Its barrier function is effective in all the masonry surfaces, horizontal, vertical, indoor, outdoor, leaving unchanged the ending breathability and inducing remarkable advantages:
- strong anti-mould effectiveness, anti-efflorescence, and anti-salpetre
- increased lifetime of the following treatments (floors, plasters, paintings, etc.) avoiding separation effects
- better energetic efficiency and thermal insulation of the treated surfaces.
WHERE TO USE
For the antimoisture additive use of traditional or premixed plasters, cementitious plaster and concrete.
Specific for the basements, underground/retaining wall, screed for the setting bed of mortar before tiling (against updraft moisture) and restoration works (mortar for reconstruction and plasters).
HOW TO USE
Water down WB-idroblok L with the estimated mixture water. The quantity must be calculated in the range of 0.1 ÷ 0.5 % of the dry mixture weight based on the type of realization.
WARNINGS
Avoid direct contact of the concentrated product with the mixture. It must be diluted with clean water.
YELD
Lt 0.1 ÷ 0.5 for 100 Kg of mixture (total dry weight inert included).
