High performance two-component epoxy primer-coat
PR_epoxene is a two-component emulsion of silanized epoxy resins and fast-acting hardeners. Specific for preparing surfaces before applying liquid waterproofing products. Its use offers notable advantages:

► Adhesion even on difficult supports such as ceramic, glass, metals, bitumen
► Consolidating action on crumbling surfaces (cement and similar)
► Formulated in aqueous emulsion, solvent-free and non-toxic for the operator
► High resistance to the action of counterthrust or rising humidity
► Avoids the formation of efflorescence and detachment phenomena.
► Ideal for anchoring liquid sheaths in extreme environmental conditions.
Penetrates, consolidates and prepares surfaces of any type before using polyurethane or acrylic waterproofing products.
PR-epoxene is used on cement screeds, cement tiles, concrete, ceramic, bituminous surfaces, old waterproofing treatments, metal, wood, glass.
It can also be used as a consolidating finish for treating concrete floors indoors.
On very clean and uniform surfaces. Combine components A and B, mixing until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
Use the mixture obtained within 90 minutes. Apply with a roller or brush, saturating the support well.
After approximately 1 hour the surfaces are ready for subsequent treatments (PR-epoxene changes color during drying: from milky white to transparent). Apply subsequent treatments within 24/36 hours.

Approximately 0.080 kg for each mq. according to the type of surface (= 1 kg of PR-epoxene treats an average of 12 mq).
